Mr. McLeod graduated from the Montana College of Mineral Sciences and Technology in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering. His experience over the past 20 years includes time spent at all levels of the exploration and mining industry from Exploration Technician and Miner through to Mine Manager. His professional associations include: Member of the TSX Venture Exchange’s Advisory Board; President and director of the Canadian Listed Company Association; membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the British Columbia & Yukon Chamber of Mines and the Associaiton of Professional Engineers of B.C.; and a former member of the Vancouver Stock Exchange President’s Advisory Council.

James Crombie, Director
James Crombie is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of New Sleeper Gold Corp. www.newsleepergold.com and Palmarejo Gold Corp. He graduated from the Royal School of Mines,  London, in 1980 with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mining Engineering, having been awarded an Anglo American Scholarship.

Mr. Crombie held various positions with DeBeers Consolidated Mines and the Anglo American Corporation in South Africa and Angola between 1980 and 1986. He spent the next thirteen years as a Mining Analyst and Investment Banker with Shepards, Merrill Lynch, James Capel & Co. and finally with Yorkton Securities. He joined Hope Bay Gold Corporation Inc. in February 1999, and has been closely associated with the acquisition, exploration and development of the Hope Bay Project.

Raymond P. Antony,  B. Comm. C.A., Director
The President and a Director of DCR Investments Inc. (a private consulting firm) since 1996, which provides services to several companies listed on the CDNX and TSE.  Currently, a Director of First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. (TSE), Gothic Resources Inc. (CDNX), Landover Energy Inc. (CDNX), Adulis Resources Inc. (CDNX), Ensel Corporation (CDNX), Sherwood Mining Corporation (CDNX) and Fifth Era Knowledge Inc. (CDNX).

During the period 1997 to 2001, Mr. Antony was the President of two private oil and gas companies which were acquired by TSE listed companies.  Mr. Antony is currently the President of a private oil and gas company engaged in exploration in southern Alberta.

Roy H. Hudson, LL.B., Director
Mr. Hudson has practiced law in the area of securities, corporate finance and venture capital matters since 1986.  Mr. Hudson has acted for a broad range of domestic and foreign issuers, investment banks and securities dealers, with a particular emphasis in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross border transactions.

Stephen P. Quin, P.Geo., FGAC, Director
Mr. Quin is currently Executive Vice President of Miramar Mining Corporation (www.miramarmining.com), a TSE listed junior producer and explorer focused on gold in the Canadian North.  Mr. Quin is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mining Geology and has 20 years experience in exploration, corporate development and general corporate affairs.  He has been involved in the acquisition and exploration of the Hope Bay Project.  Mr. Quin is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Society of the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy (UK).  Mr. Quin is a member of the board of directors of each of Miramar Mining Corporation, Northern Orion Explorations Ltd. and Polymet Mining Corporation.
